Spring Ahead!

Hi everyone!

Big snow and major severe weather from our latest winter storm. I know a few of you mentioned a few inches in areas that don’t normally see a lot of snow during the year. Unfortunately there’s been a few deaths reported as well from the tornadoes in the south and the icy snowstorm across the Ohio and Tennessee Valley. I read an interesting article in USA Today that mentions that a lot of areas are worried about major snowmelt come springtime and big floods especially for the Midwest into the northeast:

Ok so in other news, it’s been a busy week with that project I told you about. I still don’t want to give anything away until tomorrow morning. I will be on Fox and Friends between 7 and 8 am to talk about it, and then I will blog about it right afterwards. Sorry to be so secretive. You’ll understand why tomorrow.

In the meantime, let me know how you made out from this last winter blast. I think we’re all ready for a little Spring!

Oh and speaking of which, don’t forget to change your clocks tonight. (Or before you hit the hay)…we loose an hour of sleep, but gain an hour of daylight!

Have a great night, and we’ll see you tomorrow.

Hello Janice,

First time I have been back on since your trip our west.

I sure do hope the weather gets better. I think we should have had some snow though since we have to suffer through the cold and wind and rain………..the least we could have gotten was a pretty dusting of snow!

Janice,

After all the rain this afternoon, the winds are blowing like crazy tonight in New York City and it’s sooo scary!
I see my windows move….and hear everything collapse on the roof of my building!!!
Very powerful.

Just opened a bottle of Bordeaux to relax :)

Very curious about your project tomorrow Janice.
I admire you for keeping a secret!!
Can’t wait to see you.
And I’m going to program it in case I’m sleeping late ;)

Hello, Janice. Thanks for your reply! I really love this blog.
It’s Sunday noon here in Japan. I live in the suburbs of Tokyo,
and the weather is very mild. Yes, I miss Ohio very much since
we don’t get much snow in the Tokyo area ;-)

Well, our snow didn’t materialize. It was just what you guys would call a “dusting”. So, we weren’t able to have a snowball fight or make snow ice cream. Barbara, I see that you had a good bit of snow and you’re not much more than 100 miles north of me.

Looking forward to your project tomorrow. I’m usually watching at that time. We don’t leave for church until 8:00 am (Central). Of course, if I forget to spring my clock forward, I’ll drag into church an hour late. There’s always someone who does that every year, and we all get very tickled at their expense.

Be sure to tell the powers that be with F&F Weekend that many loyal fans are greatly missing Page. I hope she’ll be back soon. I miss Kelly, too. At least, they haven’t gotten rid of Greg—yet! If they do, I may have to change my weekend TV viewing habits.

Night to all. It’s 9:50 here, which is really 10:50—that is if I remember to turn that clock forward.
