  • Tummy Ache Monday!

    Good morning!

    Hope everyone had a great weekend! I ate too much food and chocolate…but every bit tasted delicious. My tummy is recovering today! :)

    In weather news, a much quieter weather pattern has set up across the U.S. – no major storms in the next few days, and more importantly, nothing to add to the rainfall totals across regions that are still experiencing extreme flooding. It’s hard to believe, but we still have major flooding across several states including Arkansas where levees are breaking and waters continue to rise. We won’t see the Lower Mighty Mississippi River crest until April, so this story will be with us for sometime. The upcoming snowmelt is not going to be kind to these swollen rivers and streams either. Here’s a look at all the flood warnings from Texas to Ohio:
