My good friend and Blog-mistress extraordinaire Taryn Sauthoff just posted the Dr. Manny Health Talk segment here that I did a week or so ago for his blog! I had forgotten about it, and was nervous when I did it…watch it below this post and tell me what you think, and how I can improve! 
Hey Janice, I couldn’t tell you were nervous. You came across as very knowledgeable and charming as always. It was nice seeing you in an extended segment and it was very informative. You did a great job and I think Dr. Manny is adorable!

Janice….I dont know why you were nervous but I would have been too unless I was REALLY knowledgable on the subject…
The way I look at it you were being interviewed by a M.D. who probably knew all the answers to the questions he put to you and then some….
I would be thinking in the back of my mind…”am I getting this right?…..Is my information wrong….Is he thinking I dont know what I am talking about even though he is playing ‘dumb’ because he is the interviewer”….
Dont know if that makes sense…..I dont see Dr Manny as an intimidating sort of Dr., …but I know when it comes to medical things he is no doubt more well versed than I….
That would make me nervous esp if he were interviewing me on some sort of “medical” situaiton…

He definitely knows his stuff Dawn. Thank goodness he didn’t ask me if Global Warming is affecting allergies! hahaha!

I did notice that Dr. Manny didn’t seem to really be listening to your answers. He asked a question that you’d already answered! But you just went on and answered it again.
Been really busy here so haven’t had time to check in often. Babysitting both grandkids now full time…I have 6 kids so I should be able to handle 2 grandkids, right? It’s the getting up earlier that’s killin’ me!

Janice you didn’t seem nervous at all, you seemed relaxed! Dr. Manny seems like a really good cook though! I can see him stirring up some latin food!

You know we love you! Nervous? You’re a pro! I’m like the Doc, for me it’s when it rains. I’m happy you’re back and can’t wait to see the va-cay pics. Dominica is just too young - she doesn’t have your street cred - of course we’re around the same age so that, I’m sure, plays a role. I wonder if her mom gave her a curfew
At any rate, 1 paper left, stats is over, I’m just hoping I pass, I’m borderline now. I’m going to need some divine intervention on this one. If all goes well, graduation is in less than 3 weeks.

It’s funny your topic was seasonal allergies cause they have been REALLY bad in New York in the last two weeks, mamma mia!
But I think I finally reached the end of it in the last couple of days… not sure if my body got used to it or if the level is just not as bad…
