What a pleasant surprise to wake up and see you on the air this morning. After 95 on Thursday it is gray, cold and windy in Denver this morning. Rather pleasant I must say.

Well, I finally did it!!! We had a story on The Church of Global Warming last night right before the weather and I went off, right on the air. It seems I have ignited quite the controversy. Got lots of calls and emails on my little diatribe. Everything from Fire the S.O.B. to congratulations for someone finally speaking up. There is a way to have a video recording of the event and later today I will send a copy for everyone to see.

My basic premise was, if anyone can explain to me how the ice ages came and went all on their own before man and the use of carbon, then I will start to believe in man made global warming. Plain and simple.

Stay tuned, this could be very interesting…..We’ll see if I lose my job over this??????????????

I gotta admit, my gal still likes me to put my uniform on when attending events that call for it. She says it makes me look “distinguished” especially when you have the medals and ribbons. I’m not sure of that but looking at myself in it kind of makes me feel old. Go figure

I am working all weekend, 12hr shifts, but this Mon and Tues will be my weekend. It is nice, especially up here during fishing season, to have weekdays off. I plan on Monday trying to get my king salmon for the season and on Tuesday trying to fill the freezer after dip netting. Alaska is so great. I will try to post a few pics.

Alaska sounds wonderful..King Salmon huh..love to see the one you catch..

Idiot Drivers..I live in the rural south.. so anything could happen..we have our many tractors on the 2 lane roads..with a mile or two of cars behind it..and people trying to pass them on a double yellow line.

And then there are the ones that when it is pouring rain..they drive faster..and end up in an accident..that happens alot here in my area. we have this curve called the Turner curve..and just about everytime time it rains heavy someone wrecks there..and sometimes they are fatal wrecks.

And then there are the good ole boys..that still think it is okay to drink and drive..they get a 6pk of beer and hit the back roads..and sometimes the main roads.we have alot of fatal accidents here due to DUI offenders. My cousin was killed by a drunk driver in 1984, she was only 21.

I wish people would slow down and never drive while intoxicated.

Hey Deb, I’m originally from VA and know all about the back roads. Yeah drinking and driving is just a dumb thing to do. I have done my fair share of it through my college days but I have wised up and just think it is ridiculous to even think of it.

My commute to work is about 50mins so I have had my share of idiot drivers. I hate the ones that speed up behind you then zoom around you to just get off at the next exit. I don’t know why people are in such a hurry…most of the time to just to get to the next light. People just need to leave the house earlier or something. I can’t wait until the 55mph speed limit gets implemented again. I don’t mind speeders because that is your gas you are waiting. I put my cruise on at 67 and I get 22mpg.

Another thing is hate are the right lanes that disappear after making a left turn. While waiting at a light there are 2 lanes that turn left. After the turn…the right lane merges to the left. Now I hate…I mean hate it when people get in the that right lane and try and speed past maybe 2 cars to just cut them off while the lane merges. I hope I explained that clearly.

Point is just be courteous and don’t be in such a hurry. If you are late…you may as well be really late because late is late.

That is precisely the reason why we cant forget our proud servicemen serving overseas and what they are doing to prevent another attack here in our country.

So how was the Wall-E movie? Did it live up to its expectations? Good luck on that BBQ, i wish i would have been invited as one of your guests. Its always nice to enjoy a down home cooked meal.

Did anyone hear about a 17 year old boy got his head cut off at the batman roller coaster ride at a 6 flags in georgia? It was on the Fox Report earlier tonight. He apparently entered a restricted area of the ride, and some onlookers said he was looking for something he lost. What a sad and tragic story.

You hear these things happen a lot in theme parks. Remember last year when a girl got her bottom part of her legs cut off on another roller coaster ride? I think it was also at a 6 Flags.

And i am sure you guys heard about that pregnant soldier who was found dead at a motel room under mysterious circumstances. I heard that a soldier at Ft Bragg is being sought out as a person of interest.

That is really strange, because i just also heard that a NC newspaper printed a letter from a guy that said he was supposedly the killer, and he gave distinctive details about what was found at the crime scene, including a cryptic sign that was found inside the motel room where her body was found. He called himself a serial killer, and claimed he has murdered a dozen other people from years past.

It really is sad to hear about all these pregnant people getting killed. And it always ends up basically the same, either an acquaintance, or maybe the husband of the victim. I guess its because they dont want to take the responsibility of raising the unborn child, and they go into a mad rage and commit a cold blooded crime.

I saw the Army Drill Team on Geraldo at Large tonight. Very good show, about how the liberal mainstream media is ignoring good news happening out of Iraq, and are so blatantly biased when it comes to the negative.

Real quick nice surprise today seeing you on this afternoon I too slept in (Hmm could it be because the next few weeks I have places to go and people to see?) But hey that grill sounds good not doing anything for the 4th this year oh well. But got plans afterwards.

Hola from Puerto Rico Goddess

Coming home to the island is so rejuvenating. The foods, music and laughing with family recharges my batteries and prepares me for the upcoming trip to the Middle East. I will return to the states on July 3rd and leave for Saudi Arabia on the 11th.

What are everyone thoughts about ED Hill’s show being cancelled? I think she apologized, so that would have solved the problem right there.

Do you guys remember Kiran Chetry? She was a great asset to the FNC team, was was truly missed by a lot of viewers. Now she is at another liberal network hosting the morning show there. I hope she can return to FNC soon in the near future.

Hey! I tuned in to watch Chris Wallace before we head to the movies and there you are! We’re watching out for bad weather down here too. Got free passes to see a sneak preview of “Journey to the Center of the Earth” with Brendon Fraser so we’re off for that and dinner. Burgers and Dogs later in the week but all this talk makes me hungry for them!

I knew about those supposed rumors of an arguement between Kiran and some of her co hosts. But they are no way of clarifying if they were true or not. I think that other liberal network needed to boost their ratings and image, so they lured Kiran, who has a successful future at FNC. That is exactly what happened to Paula Zahn in years past. It is such a shame.

Plus if you hear about another internet rumor about Kiran’s agent being abusive and demanding her get a higher paycheck, i wouldnt believe it also.

Smoking gun has some of the documents. It was covered in industry trade papers. Believe what you want about it but there are too many independent stories about what went down. Kiran really didn’t boost ratings at the new digs. And if your theory is true, ED Hill should be with CNN any day now.

Kiran Chetry won’t be back at Fox anytime soon…sorry.

Don’t have very much to add to the discussion, but wanted to say “Hi” to everyone. It’s been a busy weekend, but we did get some very much needed rain.

Yes, Kiran was good, but I don’t watch her now at the other network. I do miss Page, Greg and Kelly on the weekends. They used to be must-see tv for me, but I rarely turn the on the telly on Saturday or Sunday mornings now. The new crowd just doesn’t hold my interest. I hope E.D. will be back on. She’s quite good. Fox is doing lots of re-run things now, especially on the weekends. I’m watching less tv and getting out more. That’s probably a good thing!

What is your theory of what happened to Kiran?

Plus that other liberal network’s morning show that Kiran is currently on, changes cohosts every 2 years, so i suspect Kiran getting the boot from there shortly, then like magic she will return somewhere on the FNC lineup.

Just my thoughts.

I dont watch that other liberal biased network either. I just saw some recent pics of Kiran co hosting on some Yahoo group, and it looks like she isnt happy there. More of a reason to bring her back home, here at FNC, where she is familiar with her surroundings, and people treat her like family.

I know what you mean about the reruns on the weekends, but they are still a whole lot better, and hard hitting than most other networks. And tonights lineup isnt really a repeat. The Strategy Room, Hannitys America, and Geraldo At Large, are all brand new.

Plus that “America’s Future” documentary hosted by Megyn Kelly was really informative.

Wait until Jeanne Pirro’s new law show starts up in the Fall, then weekends will really be entertaining for you

Back from the movies! Journey to the Center of the Earth was GREAT!! It really is a good movie that everybody can go and see. I love those kind of movies where it emphasis is on the family and doing right.

Where has Laurie Dhue been? Ya gotta love a woman that can hold her own with both O’Reilly and Geraldo!!

I tuned into Kiran one morning over at that other network starts with C and ends with N, I call it the communist news network. I used to like that network when they actually offered up news reports, but they got into this ___ Presents and reaired stuff 25 times a week, that’s not news. I want live news, live coverage much as it’s reasonably possible for a network to deliver. People will tune out if it’s reruns. I know the first time I got to see FOXNEWS, I was soooooooo impressed with the quality and giving people the choice to let Fox report, and the viewers to decide. Look at Mr. Murdoch he is a genius, I only wish he could come and buy up the Canadian networks.

I’m likely the biggest Foxnews fan in the OV. Long as JD and JB is on I’m a happy man.

I really do miss Laurie, the chemistry between her and Geraldo was amazing, and most recently, Bill 0′reilly.

Did you know her father was the former president of WCW? I used to watch that, back in the day. Its a whole lot better than Vince McMahon’s WWE, or WWF, as it was called back in the day. He pushes his wrestlers way to hard, and supposedly even supplies them with steriods. Look what happened to Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero.

That liberal biased network is the lowest standard of news reporting. Nothing over there means anything. It has nothing to do with the fact they show reruns of specials. Its the way the blatanly slant their news to the left, consistently rooting for their star candidate, BHO.

Of course, FNC is the gold standard when it comes to news. And its a place where all sides of the issue are presented, and the truth is reported. They arent called fair and balanced for nothing. Why do you think a lot of those liberal websites are constantly bad mouthing and saying nasty stuff about it? Because FNC is the number one news network out there, and no one can come close to it.

Same with the Fox Business Network, it has the best analysis out there. You cant beat it. I dont know if its available where you live, but i hope you call your local cable company and demand it be shown on your tv immediately.

I hope you tell all of your friends about FNC, and spread the word. The more people who know about this very special channel, the better it will be.

That Wall-E movie took the number one box office spot this weekend. But there were a lot of speculation that is wasnt going to be that good, because it was a disney cartoon. But i guess it was proven otherwise.

What do you guys think about that russian supermodel who supposedly jumped several feet of a NYC apartment to her death? Was it a suicide of murder?

Authorities are thinking the latter because of a posting they found on a page she wrote on a social networking site, where she described her feelings of depression over a failed relationship.

Either way, it looks very suspicious.

Yes Journey to the Center of the Earth is a remake of a classic but it is very well done and a movie you can take the family to but there is a little scare for smaller kids.

Its just like went that high powered lady who ran that call girl escort service(cant remember her name), mysteriously was found dead by hanging in her parents garage. They questioned whether its was a murder of a suicide also. They even said that note they found next to her body was really her handwriting.

I guess they concluded that it was nothing more than a horrible suicide, she probably did it because she was facing years of hard time in jail, and i guess she couldnt handle it.

I guess you all heard about that 5 year old from Alabama who was tragically killed when a generator fell on her during an air show. It really sad, it sounds like a freak accident.
