Did you hear the one about Moscow's Mayor? He wants a snow-free winter in his city and is pushing this controversial project. I'm not a fan of the idea.
I think it's a horrible idea. Who is he to think he can play God? I wonder what kind of environmental complications this could potentially create by manually changing the season. Now I'm not a meteorologist, but to me, it seems as though some potential harm could come as a result of this. What about that Rick, could this possibly cause environmental problems? I'm assuming Mother Nature would not take too kindly too it, especially if other places do it also.
I initially thought that this sounded pretty far fetched and also somewhat a slight against God. Meddling in the Creator's master plan aside, this still sounds like a bad idea. I can imagine Moscow sitting in the middle of a giant snow crater and then looking something like Venice in the spring.
I'm not sure about this one. But there are people who believe that the military use commercial aircraft to seed our skies using chemtrails to control our weather here. I don't believe it, but you never know. Also people actually blame Pres. Bush for creating hurricane Katrina. But weather modification is a big deal. Trying to seed clouds in drought stricken places and to dissipate fog is actually happening. I don't agree with it, but who am I?
