Weather update: the snow has arrived. It's coming down hard but it looks like wet snow so it's not sticking to the ground at the moment. Thankfully I got my doctor's appointment changed to 10:20 this morning so I'm on my way up the mountain. I wish the snow would have held off because I'm sure the mountain won't be any fun. I'll check back later. Margie

Hey Joni, I'm glad to see that your posts are going through again and I'm glad to hear you're feeling better! It is really dark here but so far no snow. Our area shows blue on the radar but nothing is coming down. I might call my doctor up to see if they had any cancelations because of the weather. I don't know what it will be like this afternoon at my regular appointment time. My doctor's office is up on top of the mountain so I really don't want to go up there if it's snowing. We shall see... Hey to everyone else out there! It looks like we're all in for an interesting weekend. Stay safe, everyone! I think it will be a good weekend to start another jigsaw puzzle. I might make some hot chocolate, too. Stay tuned for weather updates throughout the day! Margie

Yes, Margie.... let's hope they don't come back.. Didn't want to clog the blog with messages...but when I did the smile face, it came up straight away. Awoke to snow this morning, started about 8pm last night. We must have about 4 inches at 7am. Concerned that ice is coming later today. Anxious to hear from others what they are getting. Looking at our forecast next week...we are in no way clear of snow anytime soon!! Stay warm. Good news, I am starting to feel better. Happy Snowy Friday everyone!

Hey Joni, I see your posts didn't go through right away this afternoon. I hope our little blog gremlins aren't back. A while back Don had problems posting to the blog, too. I don't see why your post would have wound up in the vortex but it did eventually appear so don't give up posting! Hopefully it was just a momentary glitch. Hang in there if it keeps acting up! Hey JB, Thank you for your kind words. Since I live an hour and a half from my parents and I have to travel over mountains, I will not even attempt a trip home if the weather is bad. Now, if they only call for an inch or two, I do travel in those cases, but this storm will be a lot bigger than that! I will call my dad tomorrow and I'll tell him my blogging buddies wish him a happy birthday. He'll appreciate that! I've been keeping you in my thoughts and prayers as you're dealing with all that water. I hope you don't get any more flooding in your house. Hey Janice, I hope Freddie does make a return. He was cute! I loved your segment on Megyn's show so I hope Freddie comes back! Have a great afternoon, everyone. Margie

Just lost my let's try this again! Caught you again on Megyn's show! Looking good, love your suit today. Sharp! But painted pink ice colors over our house again. Our trees cannot afford another ice storm. Please re~do it before your next forecast...paint something like warm air, cocktails with little umbrellla temps! Joni

Oh JD... great to see you on with Megyn this afternoon. But hate that your graphic painted PINK over my house. Geez Louise... our poor trees are just tired from the ice this season. Change the graphic to hot weather and cocktails with little unbrellas PLEASE before your next forecast! My husband just ran to the grocery to pick up some last minute is forecasted to begin at dark. (UNLESS JD paints beach weather over the map for us!) Oh, and nice looking suit you wore today with Megyn....and super duper hair day! Joni

JD, I enjoyed the film clip with you, Megyn and Freddie. The rain here is supposed to subside sometime this afternoon. So far, only steady rain with no flooding in the immediate area. Just cold and damp but no snow or ice. I am keeping good thoughts for those in the path of the upcoming snowstorm. I hope the roads can be cleared and the power doesn't go out so people can stay warm. Margie, please send birthday greetings to your dad from all of us. Please don't risk going to visit if the storm is too dangerous. We need you here! George, congratulations on the weight loss and I hope your recovery continues ahead of schedule. Hope all can stay warm and safe. JB

I love Freddie ! Hi all Margie hope you can get to the doctors to find out what is exactly wrong. Deb feel better, AJ Claire hope you guys are better. It's 28 and windy in N.J., Depending what news you listen to they say we will get 4 inches to 18 inches. I guess I'll have to just wait and see. Hope all stay safe and warm. I haven't put the tv on yet been making soups and breads for the so called storm. I'll have to tune in to Megyn's show to see JD. and find out exactly how much snow N.J. will get. I'll check in later.
