Good morning all, Never got a chance to check in yesterday. Wednesday is my BUSY day. We've got a gorgeous, blue-sky day, but it's cold. Was 21 here in my South this morning. Should get into the low 50s, but still breezy and cold. JD, I caught you on your hit with Bill and Martha this morning. Your hair looked great! The forecast you were giving for the northeast didn't look so great though. Hope all of you are safe and have a warm place to hunker down for a few days. I'm off this morning (not to be confused with my being a little off ever day). I actually have a routine doctor's appointment, so just decided to not go in to work until after that. I really like this sleeping late and having breakfast with my hubby before I go in. I could so get used to this. Unfortunately, it'll be back to normal in the morning and I'll be at work by 8 am. Better run so I won't be late for my appointment. Catch y'all later! Gwen ;)

Good morning everyone, I haven't seen a snowflake yet. I see some nice blue patches in the sky and that's fine with me! There isn't much snow on the radar in my area so I don't think we'll get much of anything. It is windy, though. I think they're calling for some high winds today so I put on my heavier winter coat. It's only around 32 degrees so with the wind it feels a little colder. Hopefully it won't be as bad as forecasted in some areas near the coast. Hang in there folks! GOOD MORNING ALL! Right now It's 30 and we are getting wet snow it's coming down pretty fast. They latest report is 18 inches to 2 feet and will snow till Saturday. To think this post is snow in Texas , I think Janice should start one " Here we go again" Hope all stay safe and warm. Janice be careful going to work today. I will check in later.

Good morning everyone. Thank you for the comments on Eileen's blog. She said Opps, they might have not liked it because yesterday was sort of a rant day...lol Later today she is going to post her latest Quilt, "Around the World". We were expecting 3-5" of snow, Eileen canceled her Quilt adventure with friends because of the reports. Instead we have a partly cloudy sky. She says oh well, a full day of quilting. Hi Everyone! Hope all are well as yet ANOTHER snowstorm is upon us in the Tidewater! Predicted 2-4 inches, though I'm hoping we do not get any as I've got lots to do always and have hit a groove beginning my fourth book. But, if the kids are home, we'll enjoy it and have fun. We're currently reading The Hobbit and almost done ~ they love it! I have had Olympic fever every day and night so I haven't been on the computer much of late. Go USA! Regards, Tony

Surely God will doubly bless you all by what you are bringing to my heart. Joni, Thank you, my dear neigbhor just stopped by to see my sweetie and have a cup of tea with me. where do you live in NC, my dear, dear, friend from the 70's lives in Murphy, NC and I may be visiting her sometime this year, are you close to there...........we loved those area, Tennessee and NC hope you are close so I can give you a thank you hug in person.......wouldn't that be great....AJ

AJ I wish I was there with you not only for the warmth but to meet a wonderful person. I sent a check to your angels and my husband and I will be at a chick fila on March 6. The weather man is calling this a historic storm for our area. Depending a who's map you believe we will get any were from 1 to 2 feet of snow . I will take pictures of the storm. I hope the weather man is wrong but the way it looks out side and how my bones are ache I don't think so. Well got to go and take the chicken out of the oven. Hope all stay safe and warm. will check in later. Oh Chas I sent my aunt your wife's site she likes quilting.

Add me to the list of those joining in the March 6th celebration. I'll have to see if I can get some friends together for a Chick-fil-A trip. It's always more fun to celebrate with others! The clouds rolled in this afternoon and now it definitely looks like snow. We're not supposed to get too much around here so hopefully that will be an accurate forecast. Julia, I just cannot tell you how over whelmed I am at your kindness and thoughts to you all going to Chick fil A on March 6th at 12:00, I cannot wait to tell our Manager there Jordan and his wfe April. Good Morning All, I sure hope all don't get what is suppose to be heading your way, it must be getting you all down, all that snow and the worry of driving and shoveling and not falling, please all of you be safe. Chas...will send your blog to dear friend in Sydney Australia who quilts all year and sends them to the children in the Outback, she love seeing her blog and I will too. Deb, so happy Crystal had a great birthday and the cake must have been yummy. I slept really well last night, I had my Dutchman back home, he would have been so pleased with what I picked out and nice walnut (strong wood like him)rectangle 8" long with beleved edges and beautiful gold plack with black lettering with his name Clare De Young and dates and "My Dutchman" and my locket back with his ring on my chain Margie and Gwen and PJMan, I wish you all could be here and share in this sunshine this morning and warm up a while before the white stuff starts hitting you again.Just imagine what all we would have to talk about on our walk with Sammy the silly dog, I will think warm thoughts maybe you will get them, you all, pease be careful in your going and comings. Hi all Don they do say we are getting the brunt of the storm. I like snow but this is crazy. I can see my lawn now (must of it) They say this storm will last till Saturday. I guess I will have to get instructions for building a igloo . Hope all are will will check in later. Thanks Chas I will check out your wife's site.
