I posted a comment about an hour ago and it hasn't shown up. We'll see if it ever does show up and if this one shows up. I just wanted to say the we've had a high wind gust of 31 mph today so far and presently the wind chill is 48 degrees--brrrrr! Margie

Hey Deb, I'm glad someone else is out there in blog land. I've checked a few times but there wasn't any action. I'm glad you checked in. I'm working this afternoon at the co-op gallery where I'm a member. A lot of people have been in but no one is in a buying mood. I'm here until 6:00 so hopefully someone will buy something. I mentioned about the craft fair yesterday & that it went well. Good Morning all, drippy here today in San Marcos and foggy, good day to hunker down and enjoy the indoors..we have never had trick or Treaters here in 31 years, but I always get candy just in case...wink,wink..... Good morning all. Well no shorts and flip flops today. It was 42 when I woke up at 6.30am Had to but on long sleeves and socks. They say 70's today. Hope everyone has a great day. Time to buy candy for Holloween. I hope kids come around tomorrow , other wise I willhave to eat it all. Ha Ha. PJ

Hey All, Cooler temps today, high of 60 and tonight is gonna be chilly in the lower 30's. brrr. Frost on the pumpkin in the morning for sure. Margie, glad the craft fair went well for you. Gwen, I don't get trick or treaters either, just family. I have my grandkids goodies all ready for them too. Hey folks, I just spent 12 hrs. at the craft fair at the hospital where I use to work. I did quite well & got a lot of support from the folks I used to work with. I made some contacts, too, so that was good. I got to talk to one of the vendors & she was a really sweet, lovely person & I'm glad I got to chat with her a little. Being there for 12 hrs. gave us plenty of opportunity. Hey PJ & BG, the blog always displays the time in Eastern time no matter where you post from--FNC time. Margie

Hi all. Beautiful day here...mid 60s all day. How refreshing after the brutal Summer we've had! I actually got to wear a sweater all day. (PJ, I understand you're still in shorts and flip flops; but I'm a true, blue Southerner. Sweaters come out as soon as it dips below 75!) Bought trick or treat stuff for my grandkids today. They're the only ones who'll come by my house as I'm far off the beaten path. I've got movies, books, color books and candy for them. Outta letters! TTFN! Gwen :)

Hi all it is in the low 70's high 60's here in Texas it is gorgeous here. Still a little strange seeing people with jackets on and kids with winter boots on when I have a t shirt and flip flops on. Margie, I'm glad to hear the interview went well. They'd be crazy not to hire you! You have such great skills...both in the medical area and in the media area.
