Hey Don, I see that it's now Tropical Storm Rina down there in the Caribbean. Hopefully there won't be problems with too much rain. Those storms can dump plenty of rain. Hey to everyone else out there. I hope everyone had a great weekend and that your week is off to a good start. It didn't get as cold overnight as it did yesterday. Yesterday morning we had a low of 36. That was our first temperature in the 30's. It did warm up nicely, though. Have a great day, all! Margie

Hi to everyone on this cool and wet Sunday in Edmond.Thunder storms went thru here last nite and left some nice rain I am feeling better,thanks for asking.Still taking drugs for at least another week. Wedding is progressing nicely.New greatgrandbaby doing well.He is soooo sweet!! My Sooners lost last nite AT HOME.So I am in abit of a funk. The game was delayed 1 hr and 30 mins,because of lightning and rain. I think it messed with their heads,did'nt bother Texas Tech.They are out of BCS.Bummer!

Well, here it is Sunday, and everyone must be in church since I did not see any action from the bloggers. Stayed home today since my husband was not feeling well. So here we are enjoying a beautiful fall day with lots of sunshine and gorgeous colors. We have an acre of oak trees on our property, and the leaves continue to fall. Thanks to our neighbor who keeps them picked up regularly. Hope all is well with you guys. Have a great one! Audrey

Hey folks, it's quiet again today on the blog. I hope everyone is having a good weekend. AJ, I have to work tomorrow. Once or twice a semester I have to work a Sunday & tomorrow is my day so I can't rest too much. At least I don't go in until 1:00 so I can go to church in the morning. I've been feeling better today. At one point I thought I was getting a headache but that went away. I've been taking it easy but I'm also working on a bunch of fun projects. Enjoy the rest of the weekend! Margie

Hey Audrey, AJ & Dolores. I'm glad you folks checked in. I was feeling lonely! It was a dark, cloudy, windy & cold day in Cumberland today. I don't think the temp. got much above 50 today. I was hoping to go out looking for more fall foliage tomorrow but I have a feeling the clouds aren't going to be gone by then. I had a nasty headache today but I'm feeling better after a nap when I got home from work. This weather isn't helping. I hope everyone has a great weekend! Margie

Hey folks, our high temperature was 56 today but that was at midnight & it's been downhill from there. It's 48 now. It's been windy all day too & just plain cold! I won't complain because it's 36 degrees out in Garrett County--that's too cold! Don, I bet Rolex didn't like being out in the cold & wind. She'll have to get used to the colder weather. I hope Rolex returned those presidential seals! Have a great evening/night, all! Margie

At 6:30 this morning I needed a coat to walk Rolex We had 42 with 23mph winds. At this moment it's 57 with 19mph winds. Did you see about the winds in Chicage? 60mph winds caused Lake Machigan to have 24' waves. Flooded downtown. I've never seen waves that high in all the years I spent on my boat in the ocean, thank goodness.

53 degrees and a light drizzle this AM. Supposed to be this way until 10/24. We are entering the final day (I hope!) of our house fix up. Rewiring is all done, inside just about all painted and new light fixtures are all up. Bank account is depleted!
