    WINTER STORM IN THE ROCKIES: MAYBE THE GROUNDHOG IS ONTO SOMETHING!

    Hi everyone!

    Lots to cover today!

    Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning…so he predicts 6 more weeks of winter.   Some people argue that if, by winter he means more of what we’ve had so far across the Northeast, then I’m all for it!

    However, across the West, winter has returned with a vengeance with a big winter storm hitting the Rockies and the plains.  We could see up to 2 feet of snow with 50 mph winds which means blizzard watches and warnings are up for many cities:

    On the “warmer” side of the storm, severe storms could crop up across the southern Plains with large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes tonight through Friday:

    So with Phil making his winter predictions, I decided to make my Superbowl predictions for Sunday on air with Jon and Jenna!  I’ll post the link a little later on, but here are my little “Giants” who will be rooting for the G-men on Sunday!

     

     

    I know there’s a lot of Pats fans out there, so apologies if you are easily offended!  One thing is for sure, it’s going to be a fantastic game!

    I’m off tomorrow to spend time with my little guys, but back on Monday (hopefully sporting a WINNING team Jersey! ;)

can you get the calender fixed on the weather page, there is no weather on saturdays, and it really skips the dating altogether.. no longer is there a saturday.

Such handsome little guys! JD, they are adorable! GO GIANTS! I'll be sporting my blue #10 this weekend. Lots of rain today in MySouth! Seriously considering that ark! Not complaining, though. We've had some dry spells these last few years, so I will not complain about the rain. Not much else going on...I'm just looking forward to the weekend. Y'all have a great day! Gwen :)

OH Janice they are the cutiest. Growing like weeds. thanks for sharing. well for the weather pa Pill in for some more winter But Buckeye chuck. said earily spring. but our weather guy said pa pill has more experince haha. I talk anything for we have, already been blessed from last winter. It spring in the 50 & 40 so Hope Buckeye chuck not wish ful thinking...know what your team sure to win, if the don't make any mistake. good luck. best to all.

Just watch the weather with Shep - Denver expecting a possible 2 feet over the next day or so - WAH WAH WAH - come to Fulton, NY - 32 1/2 inches in less than a day Sunday night to Monday afternoon. Had to buy a shovel just to unearth my car in the parking lot at my bus ride!

Janice cute pics,almost as cute as my cute G-grandson.Hey to Larry in Alaska,I am single and loving it.I do love to iron,guess people just do not do that muck anymore.My daughters don't even have an ironing board.There is nothing more relaxing then getting into a freshly made bed with linen that is crisp and smelling sweet with linen spray.I sleep very well.You know it is like the Princess and the pea.Everyone stay safe out there.Temps are in the 60's and sunny.Dolores
