Snow did some work at CNN many years ago. But your Radio Equalizer bveieels the partisan environment there today could make his job more difficult than he may expect.Snow was Presidential Press Secretary with the likes of Helen Thomas in front of him daily with her loaded questions.I think anything at CNN will be more civilized than that, and that Tony will handle it well.A question, though: Does CNN label any of their commentators "liberal" or "progressive" or "from the left"? Back in the days of the Crossfire show they did. How about now?

Good afternoon my dear bloggers. Yesterday morning it was 28 degrees with a few sprinkles of sleet and/or snow. This morning, it was 41 and raining. Right now it's 66 and clear. Only in San Marcos,Texas. Wishing a HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY to everyone. BG.

Morning all... busy time travelling seeing both sets of parents! Sure am glad I got out of DFW before the ice and snow came in last night!! Hi,everyone.Just got back from Amanda's shower,and she looks so good and feeling fine.Lots of cute little girl clothes and stuff.Jessie was disappointed there were "cammo"little girl stuff.Amanda is at 31 weeks and now Drs are going week by week,so far thingsare looking good.Your prayers are doing good things. It is cold and windy,some snow and sleet,tonight and gone tomorrow.High of 34 today. Thanks to all and stay safe,Dolores.So sad about Whitney Huston.

Hey Don, we've had thunder snow here in the past. What's really weird is when you have thunder & snow & sunshine all at the same time! Poor Rolex. I bet she was miserable this morning. My car never did warm up when I drove to church this morning because my church is only about 2 miles from my house. Five minutes is just not enough time when it's so cold. We had a whopping 26 degrees for a high today. It's still windy with wind chills in the single digits--it actually feels like winter! Margie

According to the local paper they called what we had yesterday "thundersnow" Really felt bad for Rolex this morning. I don't "warm up" the car. Going to the dog park this morning she was shivering in the car. We went from spring like weather to a wind chill around zero and she felt it.

Hi guys! So cold in MySouth today too...mid 30's this afternoon and going down into the teens tonight. Brrrr! And, wouldn't you know it, our gas fire logs have decided to quit this afternoon. Hubby is vacuuming them out to see if that will fix the problem. Y'all stay warm! Gwen :)

Well,we finally got some winter in OK.This AM the temp was 19,and the high for today and tomorrow is 29 and sunny. I took a break from cooking for a baby shower for Amanda tomorrow.She is doing very well,as is the baby.Her name is Bentlie.A little differant,but I like it.Hope all are doing well,and be safe.Dolores

Hey Don, we had snow with sunshine earlier this afternoon. Now it's cloudy & snowy. The temperature has dropped about 10 degrees since I got up this morning. It's down to 27 now & with the winds, it feels like it's in the teens. It's actually supposed to drop into the teens tonight & tomorrow night. How dare it feel like winter in February! We're supposed to warm up next week, too. This weather is crazy. Stay warm, everyone! Margie

Tonight and tomorrow will finally be winter. We could get up to 1" of snow and winds around 30 mph and in the 20's. Next week will be spring again.
