Hi guys! I didn't get a ticket...we don't have lottery in MS...only casinos. I won $1000 from Publishers Clearing House in 2001. It was nice; they sent roses to my work and a check for $1000. I took it as a sign from God that it was okay for me to spend the money for LASIK surgery. I had it done on 9/6/01 (only a few days before 9/11). Haven't won anything from them since, but I do keep trying. Camping again. Hoping to be off Good Friday. Never am sure about that. Catch y'all later! :)

Hey folks, it's a beautiful sunny day in my neck of the woods. Joni, we got some heavy rain over the weekend. Friday night/Saturday morning we had a thunder storm. I was out on my front porch after midnight trying to get some lightning pictures. It was not in a good location for me to safely photograph but I did get one good picture. We had a little more rain last night but no thunder or lightning. I got some great pictures yesterday of the redbuds in bloom. Have a great day, all! Margie

Happy April Everyone!! Heavy rain early this morning here in the Blue Ridge Mtns. Clearing this afternoon. Didnt get a ticket, I had to save that dollar for the gas in my SUV!!!! Happy Monday everyone!

Like the rest of you Weather Machiners, I didn't win the MegaMillions either. But I did win a microwave about 15 years ago from a neighborhood grocery store! So, at least I have that going for me....

Hi all! Didn't win; probably should have bought a ticket! While you folks back East have been sucking up the warm weather, we here on the WA coast are just wrapping up our wettest March in history! Rivers are all high but since the rain comes all the time, there hasn't been any bad flooding yet.

well look like lot of us did not get our life change to night' so life goes on , blessed by God care. as tonight we had a few hours of tornada waring in 4 country my being one of then & 70 mile a way . On one touch down about 25 mile from me. didn't have a winning # but in God care a winner. thanks for a the prayer for my health test. waiting to hear. wishing wverone a blessed week ahead. Hello all: Now I didn't go out and purchase a lottery ticket. Did I make a mistake? Maybe we should have had a "pool of bloggers" together with a ticket, and perhaps we could have won and split the total. Just dreaming! Good Friday afternoon! I'm pretty sure it's 5 o'clock somewhere, but it's only 4:15 here. 45 more minutes till my weekend. Should be a good one weatherwise. Hoping to get in a little downtime and reading. No special plans. Probably will be camping back at Lake Okatibbee next week, but I'll still have to get up and come to work.
