  • APRIL FLOWERS!

    Hi everyone!

Hope you had a great weekend!   Ours was pretty quiet.   Plenty of time in the backyard playing.  The weather here has been cool, but beautiful.

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted pictures.  These were taken around Easter.  Grandma was visiting from Canada, and we went to the New York Botanical Gardens for the Orchid Show.   My favorite flower, I think!

Hope you’re all having a GREAT Monday!

Hmmm. I wonder where my last post got to. It's been a couple hours and it hasn't shown up yet, although it's showing in the post count on the main page. Who knows...This blog does some strange things sometimes. Have a great evening, all. Margie

It has been quiet on the blog today. I hope everyone is having a great day. It's very tropical out today. We had rain earlier & then the sun came out & got things really steamy with temperatures in the low 80's. I was tempted to jump in the fountain at the college earlier this afternoon! Somehow, I think they would have frowned upon that! I hope everyone has a great afternoon/evening! Margie

Mornin' guys! Computer problems at work, so I'm just sitting and twiddling my thumbs. Margie, glad you're feeling better. Don, we've been hovering around 90 for about a week...no relief in site until maybe September. Ah, Summertime! Some people love it. Heard on the radio earlier that Saturday's full moon will be the closest it comes to the earth this year. Should be fantastic for moon watchers around 10:35. Can't wait for that! TTFN! Gwen :)

Hey JD, those boys of yours are adorable! I love the pictures of Matthew with your mom--so cute! Hey to everyone else out there. I'm finally feeling better this evening. I got sick yesterday and I think it was the medicine. I didn't take any today. I worked a half a day since I wasn't feeling well but like I said, I'm doing better now. I think I'll be ok tomorrow. It looks like I won't find out the results until Thursday. That's a long wait! I'll keep you posted. Take care, everyone! Margie

Hi J.D. and all bloggers: What beautiful orchids. I admire all kinds of flowers, but find orchids especially eye appealing. And those little boys. How cute they are. I am sure they bring both you and your husband a lot of joy and delight. Enjoy them each day to the fullest. Rainy and gloomy today, but we made our own sunshine inside by smiling at each other! :) Now isn't that special? Have a good evening all. Audrey

Happy Monday, folks! It's been a pretty good day...so far. JD, love the pictures! Your little men are so adorable and getting so big! I know your Mom is really proud of them too. And the flowers are beautiful as well. Hubby just carried our camper back to Lake Okatibbee. We'll stay for 2 weeks. It'll be a full moon again while we're camped, and the moon coming up over the water at our campsite is truly divine. Wish I could take a picture that would do it justice. Catch y'all later! :)
