    ROCK AND ROLL FRIDAY!

    Hi everyone!

    Well, I think I had one of the best days of my life here at FOX.  I got to see one of my favorite bands of ALL TIME: Def Leppard who were playing our summer concert series here at Fox, AND I got to see Eli Manning in person who was on Fox and Friends this morning.  He was sweet enough to sign this picture I took of my boys before the Superbowl with their number 10 jersey! (Special thanks to Steve Doocy for helping me get the autograph!)

    Here’s a few pictures I took:

     

    And then the Def Leppard show….what an amazing time that was!  Thanks to the Fox and Friends Crew (Especially A.J!)  AND the BAND for letting me stand at the side, sing my heart out and rock out!  They were so so nice — they even posed for a picture with Cheryl Casone, her friend and myself!    

     

     

     

    And now I’m officially exhausted!  LOL!  I felt like a teenager, but now my 42 year old self is ready for a NAP!!!

    By the way, Happy Father’s Day to all you great dads out there.  I can’t put into words how lucky I am to be married to the best father, husband and friend a girl could have.  I am truly blessed.   And he doesn’t mind when I act like a crazy teenage groupie when one of my favorite bands comes to town!  What a guy!  We love you Dada!

Hey to all the regular bloggers out there! I just wanted to post something to cover up the hateful comment. I hope my blogging friends are having a great weekend so far. I'm going to help my parents with their grocery shopping after lunch. I usually do it in the morning but I didn't have enough energy to get ready earlier. It's nice to be able to sleep in! I'm glad I get a break from my radiation treatments over the weekend. I've had 7 so far with 26 more to go. Have a great weekend! Margie

Afternoon, guys! JD, I missed seeing both Eli and Def Lepard this morning. Bummer! I'll have to see if I can find the video through Fox & Friends' videos. Dolores, I put the blog address in my Favorites, so I don't have to go through the Fox home page to find it. It's alot quicker that way. Lovely day in MySouth...87, but not too humid! Enjoying these days while I can. 90+ and humid will be here all too soon. Y'all have a great weekend! Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! :)

Thanks,Margie for the info.I wonder whose bright idea to take down the link from the home page.Bring it back,please to all those smarter then a fifth grader.I really hate people who know what's best for everyone else.Just take down a popular blog with no explanation.JD didn't address it either.Have a good weekend,and a safe one.Please watch the Thunder on Sunday.Of course I know there are Heat fans out there somewhere.Thanks,Dolores

Hey Janice, great pictures! What a great story about Eli and Def Leppard! It sounds like you certainly enjoyed yourself! I love the pictures of your boys & the one of Sean with them is priceless. Happy Father's Day to Sean! Dolores, you need to bookmark the blog so you don't have to search for it each time, which is a pain in the neck since they took the link off the FNC home page. Hey Jd,I do not see your weather blog along with Gretawire.I had to google it to find it.What is going on?I have asked this a couple of days ago and have not seen anything,I was hoping you were going to address this in your info this morning.Maybe it's just me.We are having cloudy,humid weather here in OK.About 80. I was really bummed the Thunder lost last night.But there are games left.Any basketball fans out there?What are you thinking about this NBA series?It is a great thing for our city.
