Margie, you are over the hump and 7/24 looms closer, after you recover that last session go out and celebrate, you deserve it..you will always be in my prayers, you give so much to others, and much should be give to you in return, good luck when you start on the tamoxifen..you are a hero that you have been able to continue to go to your job each day and have these treatments plus all the stress of it all, have a great day xoAJ

Hi J.D. and blogger friends: I’m back from my week-end in Atlanta. Had a wonderful time witnessing the marriage of my oldest grandchild, Carrie to a nice young man. Weather there was hot and pretty. Only obstacle was my son from Michigan decided to have a kidney stone happen just before the wedding rehearsal dinner. Needless to say he was miserable so my daughter-in-law took him to the E.R. He managed to attend the reception after being “drugged” to the fullest. He is doing much better. Thank you God. Our weather today is beautiful with temps in the low 80’s. Much more comfortable than last week. Have a good day all. Audrey

Hey folks, we have a nice comfortable 82 today with low humidity. It’s only supposed to get up to 84 so that will be nice. I love this cooler weather! I’m now a little over 2/3 of the way through my radiation treatments (10 more to go) & I’ll be done July 24. I have to take tamoxifen for 5 yrs but at least they’ll be done frying my skin. It actually hasn’t been too bad so I’m grateful for that. They’ll be upping the dose soon for the last batch so that won’t be pleasant. Take care, all. Margie

Good Morning JD and all the friendly blogger family. Cannot believe fall like weather in July. 74,cloudy and steady rain. But will be in the in the lower 90’s by this afternoon. Nothing else new around here. Margie, hope your treatments are going well and be done with them soon. It was 62 degrees when I got up this morning. That’s downright cold! We’re expecting a high of 84 today. Don, it sounds like you’re a little soggy down there. Be careful if you have to go out anywhere. We could use some of that rain you’re getting. I hope everyone has a great day. Margie
