Hey Gwen! An 80-member choir–WOW! That must have been something. Happy birthday to little Carter! I hope he has a special day! Hey to everyone else out there. I hope everyone had a nice weekend. I visited my parents. I had to take the scenic route to get there because I-70 was closed for over 12 hrs. when a truck carrying explosives caught fire–not fun! Thankfully I knew an alternate route & it only took me 45 minutes longer. Yesterday’s trip was much more relaxing. Take care, everyone. Margie

…BTW, lovely weekend in MySouth! High yesterday was only 89 (with low humidity) after a morning low of 60. Such a gorgeous day! We had gotten almost 4 inches of rain at my house on Thursday and Friday…then 2 glorious days Saturday and Sunday. We’re supposed to warm back up a little this week, but nothing too bad. Wish I could bottle this weather and send to each of my blogging friends. AJ, It’s almost as good as SoCal! TTFN!

Mornin’, guys! Busy weekend. Another b’day party yesterday. This one for our little Carter who is 6 today. We took the easy route for our Sunday celebration with grilled deer burgers and fries; then the cake and ice cream. YUM! Wish all of you could have been with me at church last night. We had a “Night of Worship” celebration presented by an 80-member choir from 5 area churches. It was beyond PHENOMENAL!! Y’all take care and have a great day! Gwen

When a pumpkin is small, if with a razor blade you just barely cut through the flesh say a kids name, as it grows the name will grow and scar over and the pumpkin really looks good. My kids thought I wrote their name on the seed.
