    Last few days of Summer!

    Good morning all

    First off I know the spam monsters are back.  I will send an email to the spam police this morning and hopefully we can clean things up a bit.  Thanks for being patient. 

    Weather is pretty quiet (Thank Goodness) across the country, so I thought I would post a few pictures of my boys that my husband took earlier this week at the Queens Museum.  I think this will be the last time this year we see the outdoor water fountains functioning!

    Hope you’re all doing well–thanks for staying with the blog despite all of the hiccups lately.

Wish Sean, your sons, and you had been with me about an hour ago when I saw the Space Shuttle Endeavor fly over Venice Beach on its way to LAX! What a thrill! It was, as one of Henry Mancini's songs for Peter Gunn was entitled, "A Profound Gas!"

Cute pictures! Janice, your boys are beautiful. Thanks for sharing! Hey to all the regular bloggers out there. We had a low of 42 this morning--brrrrrrrrrr! It's only 45 now so it's going to be a cold trip to work. I turned the heat on in my house last night and I'm glad I did. It would be awfully cold in here otherwise! Have a great day, everyone!
