I hope all recovered from Black Friday, Thanksgiving feasts and cyber Monday. I didn't do much, but that also means a quicker recovery time. Audrey, I hope the pinched nerve and subsequent pain subsides quickly. They are no fun and can be quite miserable. Afternoon all! Been a cloudy, misty day in MySouth. Chilly for the last day or so, but should be a little warmer this week after the clouds clear out. We may go back camping one more time before the end of the year. It's been tough getting back into my routine today. Holidays tend to do that. Glad you had a good time, JD. Hubby did the turkey and the ham; I did everything else that went along with that. Got lots of compliments, so it must have been okay. Catch y'all later! Gwen :)

Hi all: Thanksgiving was a great time. Lots of fellowship and food. Have had a pinched nerve in my lower back and the pain goes down into the leg area for over six weeks now. Had my first MRI, cortisone shot, and therapy. So far, not much difference. Have signed up for another round of therapy to see if it might help. Pray I get some relief. I need my back to be my husband's caregiver. Weather today gloomy, cold, but no snow or rain. Have a nice evening all. Audrey

Hey to all bloggers.Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.Mine was fun with grandchildren and greats coming and going all week-end at my daughters in Ponca City.Weather was in the high70's for a couple of days and then low 60's.My 13 month old G-grandson,AKA,Corbin,took his first steps and I got to see it. It was so fun and Corbin just sat on his little butt and clapped his hands and giggled.Love the sound of a childs laugh.Temps today are high 50s and little colder tomorrow. Stay safe,Dolores.

Sounds like you had a nice time. The first time I went water skiing was on Lake Wallenpaupack in the Poconos. Before I bought a summer house on the Jersey shore I considered the Poconos.
