Made chili and will have turkey, ham and all that good stuff on Christmas. I have never had a tamales I guess I will have to find a good place to get one. And Merry Christmas to all and be well and safe. PJ

Hey JB! Camel dung?? I like that idea. It sounds like the perfect gift for spammers! Hey to everyone else out there. I figured I'd get my 2 cents in before this thread expires tomorrow morning. My family had our Christmas celebration today. We all met at my parents' place & I did the cooking--a great Rachael Ray chicken parm recipe. Even my brother raved about it, which is saying something. Tomorrow I'll be hanging out with Stacy from Ruby Tuesday. We’ve developed a nice friendship so I’m going to pamper her a little. She’s a single mom with 4 kids so she needs some pampering! Have a great Christmas, all my blogging friends! Margie

An early Christmas wish to JD and family and all the regulars here. I hope Don and all others experiencing some health issues are on their way to recovery in the near future. PJ, sorry about your Jets. Maybe 2013 will be a better year for them. I am cooking a huge pot of chili for our Christmas Eve dinner. Tradition turkey and stuff on Christmas Day. Again, Merry Christmas to all(except the spammers, may they find camel dung in their stockings!). JB

Hi folks. I wanted to post something so the stupid spam isn't the first thing you see on the blog. It's really windy here in Western MD. It was blowing so hard during the night that it woke me up. The high wind gust so far today is 41 mph. I hope everyone has a great weekend and Christmas! Margie

Merry Christmas to you and your family, Janice, and to all my Weather Machine Buddies! I also hope each and everyone of you has a wonderful New Year. I know that some of you, like Don, aren't feeling well, but I hope you will soon feel better in the New Year. Janice, I think it is time that you husband and you buy your two boys some electric trains for Christmas! You will enjoy them as much as your sons! Your buddy, George Spink Los Angeles

Good evening folks. It was a decent day here on the WA coast. Stayed about 37 degrees most of the time. The big dock that washed in on the beach just North of us can't be reached yet. Nearest road is 5 miles away and we have had so much rain the creeks are impassable. If the crew can't get to it soon, the next good set of tides is in Jan. The crew did get within 200 yards but has a cliff to go down. Invasive plants & animals is a real concern since this drifted in from Japan.

Merry Christmas, JD, to you and your beautiful family. Hope y'all have a great/safe holiday! Glad to hear that Don has improved. Will continue prayers for him. Cold in MySouth...but an ever so glorious day. Two of our electricians (husband & wife) brought us two 2-lb. Whitman Samplers. I think I'm in chocolate heaven! Remember those who serve our nation that are away from home & loved ones during the holidays. There'll be an empty spot at our table (and in our hearts) this year!

Morning all, just had a email from Don and they are trying to keep him comfy with pain meds and Dr. told him this morning he needs to go to John Hopkins again to have surgery to remove a blockage, not sure when that will happen and I told him, this is no way to celebrate a up coming birthday in a few days...JD you and Sean and the boys have a wonderful and safe holiday, I can just imagine Christmas morning in your cozy home and Merry Christmas to all, blessed to know you all. xoAJ
PJ
Merry Christmas JD and family. It is 32 in Dallas right now. I feel like I am back in NJ for Christmas. Ha ha Hope all are well, warm and safe. PJ

Sending thoughts of a Blessed Christmas to all and their families. And Don, extra prayers for you and Rolex. I know what it's like, the hospital thing around Christmas (and during). It takes away the "merry" but that doesnt mean it robs us of the "blessed". God Bless Don. Get stronger and feeling better.
