My family had our Christmas celebration today. We all met at my parents' place & I did the cooking--a great Rachael Ray chicken parm recipe. Even my brother raved about it, which is saying something. Tomorrow I'll be hanging out with Stacy from Ruby Tuesday. We’ve developed a nice friendship so I’m going to pamper her a little. She’s a single mom with 4 kids so she needs some pampering!
