Hey folks, I thought I'd better check in here since I haven't for a while. I hope everyone is having a great week so far. I'm having a great day today. Gwen, I'm glad you're having some blue skies down there for a change. Would you like to share? It was cloudy & windy today even though the temp was in the upper 40's. It didn't feel very comfortable. We got quite a bit of rain yesterday. Some areas got freezing precip but we were warm enough it was just rain. The school kids had a rain day since they closed the schools because of the possibility of bad weather. Some areas to the west did get it worse, though. Take care, everyone! Margie

Absolutely lovely day here in the Deep South. Blue, clear skies...upper 50s...light breeze. So good to see the sun again! My children used to have a Dr. Seuss book called "I Wish That I Had Duck Feet". I've been able to relate quite well to that here lately with all our rains. Hope all are doing well today. Got my guys paid, so I can breathe a little easier the rest of the week. Y'all take care! Gwen :)

Hello all! Another gray day here in MySouth, but at least it's not raining....and we didn't have any of the severe weather (i.e. tornadoes) yesterday. So glad we're not getting the blizzards that the Plains States are getting. I do not envy you guys one bit. Y'all hunker down and stay warm! My thoughts and prayers to our "sick folk" blogging friends. Hope all are doing well today. Gotta scoot...payroll calling. Gwen :)

You guys down South are making up for all the winters you have missed! As Janice says, it will help ease the drought. Decent here on the coast, sun even came out for a few minutes amid hail showers.JB that big Chinese mess last night was definitely irritating! Spam seems to run in cycles and right now there is lots of it coming in. My protection is as high as it goes and spam still makes it in once in a while.

My thanks to whoever got rid of the long Chinese spammer on the previous post. May all be safe that are in the winter storm's path. We are cool and very, very windy here today. I think I looked out the back window and saw Dorothy and Toto flying by. I hope that everyone's Monday was tolerable. JB
