So much for spring!  We have another massive winter storm that is going to bring a wide swath of 6-12 inches of snow from Colorado, through Kansas and Nebraska.

The system is now moving into Missouri, Illinois and then across the Ohio Valley Sunday.

On the warm side of this storm, severe storms are possible along the Gulf Coast from Texas to Florida including strong winds, large hail and isolated tornadoes.

Tomorrow night into Monday, the storm will push across the Midatlantic and Northeast with the potential for heavy snow for all of the big cities across the I-95 corridor!

This is obviously something we’re going to keep a close eye on in the next 48 hours as it will affect millions of people trying to get to work on Monday!

Hope you’re all having a good weekend.  Keep those prayers coming for our friend Don.

Good Monday morning! We've had several days of weird weather. First...t-storms Saturday night. Really bad lightning! Yesterday, thought the wind was going to blow us away! This morning it was 27 degrees on my back porch. At least the sun is shining. I do so hope that Don can get some relief from his pain. He has suffered alot. AJ and Margie, thanks for keeping us informed. Congrats on the car, Margie. You do alot for your folks and it was nice of them to give it to you. Gwen :)

Great, more spam. Good morning to all the regular bloggers. We have about 6" of really heavy snow so far. It's still coming down. I'm glad the college is closed today so I don't have to take my parents' car out in it. I drove their car to Richmond since it's newer than mine. Actually, in a few days it will be my car because they're giving it to me. My dad can't drive anymore so they're giving me there car. Isn't that nice of them?! Have a great day all and stay safe. When I watch the weather, your map doesn't go up to ND, only to Rapid City, SD. Our weather in Bismarck,is completely different from Rapid City. Our temps can be as much as 15 degrees different. They are always much warmer than we are. Don't we count??

Hey folks. Just wanted to cover up the spam so you don't see it the first thing on the blog. I guess there will always be stupid people in the world who have nothing better to do than to produce worthless spam. I hope all the regular bloggers have a great week. Hopefully spring will make an appearance soon! Margie

Hey folks. I just talked to Don. He's still in the hospital. They're still trying to figure out why he's in so much pain. They did tell him he has blockages in both kidneys so that's not good. I missed seeing him. I was in Richmond a few days and I was bummed that Don was in the hospital. He said that where I stayed was only about 10 minutes from where he lives. Bummer! In weather news, it's snowing! Glad I left Richmond early because Don said his daughter told him there's about 5" on the ground. Crazy weather! There wasn’t a whole lot in bloom yet in Richmond since they’ve been having colder than avg temperatures. Hopefully it will finally warm up soon! Take care, all. Margie
