  • Severe storms strike the Central U.S. and a heat wave for the Northeast

    Good Wednesday Morning everyone!

It was a destructive day across the central U.S. yesterday with over a dozen tornadoes and over a hundred storm reports:

More severe weather is expected for the Lower Mississippi Valley and portions of the Upper Midwest. Some of these storms may contain heavy rainfall capable of producing flash flooding.

In the west, unusually cool and wet weather with snow over the higher elevations will be ongoing. Winter weather advisories are up for the Rockies with some areas seeing over two feet of snow!

And the heat is on for the Northeast with the potential for record heat over the next couple of days:

The warm temperatures will subside by the end of the week with more seasonal highs pushing in over the weekend.

Have a great day, everyone.  See you on Fox and Friends!
