  • Storms move into the Northeast and a peek at Memorial Day

    Good morning everyone!

    It’s a another wet day across the Northeast and the MidAtlantic:

    A system that brought over a dozen tornadoes across the southeast will now bring the risk of rain with a few embedded thunderstorms.

    Tomorrow the risk will be over the Central High Plains as a new storm emerges from the Rockies

    Meanwhile, strong winds and very low humidity will create dangerous fire weather conditions in parts of the Desert Southwest and southern High Plains:

    Here’s a look at your highs today:

    And a quick peek ahead to Memorial Day, we have a chance for showers and storms again for the eastern third of the country:
